Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and Louisiana state regulations
- Manage weekend shift operations with minimal supervision
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Louisiana Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems and PLC controls
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local ordinances
- Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
