Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
- Assist in the training of junior apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Proven ability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving record.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
