Responsibilities
- Execute Weekend Installations: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems on weekends.
- Support Senior Technicians: Learn from seasoned experts while performing basic wiring tasks, mounting outlets, and fixture installation under supervision.
- Inspect Equipment: Conduct routine inspections of electrical components to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical issues in simple terms and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the organization and inventory of tools, parts, and materials required for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
