Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local Dallas regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend service teams on emergency and scheduled projects
- Perform safety inspections and certify installations
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend assignments
- Maintain detailed project documentation and client communications
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven weekend shift availability and reliability
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
