Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical power outages
- Mentor junior technicians on safety protocols and best practices
- Document all work using digital reporting systems for client transparency
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman License required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with 3-phase systems, VFDs, and PLC troubleshooting
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid credentials
- Strong diagnostic skills for high-voltage systems (480V+)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience with power quality analysis tools preferred
