Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Lead emergency response teams for critical electrical failures
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
- Document all work activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in PLC systems and industrial controls
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent physical condition for climbing and confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
