Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to plan work.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize test equipment to verify system functionality and ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, including proper disposal of debris.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (California) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
