Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise installations
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical outages
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers to meet weekend deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License required
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Expertise in conduit bending, transformer installation, and VFD systems
- Proven track record of weekend shift reliability
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting 3-phase systems
- Commercial/residential experience in coastal environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
