Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial electrical systems during weekend shifts.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Los Angeles local codes.
- Diagnose complex electrical faults and troubleshoot systems to restore power and functionality.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Document all completed work orders, inspections, and safety checks accurately.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to site supervisors and building owners.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required (State of California).
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions (confined spaces, heights).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Experience with low-voltage systems and data cabling is a plus.
