Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in luxury homes and commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades for seamless execution
- Conduct safety inspections and implement OSHA-compliant protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects
- Provide exceptional client communication and service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of residential/commercial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential wiring, circuit breakers, and control systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local Miami-Dade regulations
- OSHA 10 certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
