Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for urgent electrical issues

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with weekend shift scheduling and flexibility
- Clean driving record and valid Class D driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
