Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code and Minnesota regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend project teams with precision and safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (Minnesota Journeyman required)
- Valid Minnesota Electrical Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with troubleshooting complex systems

- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts
