Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential electrical systems under supervision
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical fixtures and wiring
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for all installations
- Perform routine inspections and electrical testing
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Adhere to NEC and local electrical codes
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to obtain PA Electrician Apprentice license
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
