Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain construction timelines
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Document work progress and maintain detailed service records
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in reading blueprints and NEC compliance
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
