Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Manage weekend on-call emergency response duties
- Lead small project teams during weekend assignments
- Document work using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrical license (or reciprocity)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex systems
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri-Sat-Sun)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
