Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial/industrial environments
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Perform system diagnostics and repairs using advanced testing equipment
- Collaborate with project managers to meet weekend deadlines
- Maintain detailed work logs and safety documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota electrician license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems and VFDs
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local regulations
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
