- Manage weekend shift schedules (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm) with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with project managers for timely task completion
- Maintain detailed service documentation and inventory control
- Mentor junior technicians during high-demand weekend projects
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters and circuit testers
- Weekend shift availability (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in residential/commercial projects
