Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend shift teams on complex electrical projects
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and documentation
- Coordinate with project managers and other trade professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Indiana Electrician Journeyman license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and motor controls
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and lead weekend crews
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability mandatory
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
