Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to project timelines and requirements

Qualifications
- Valid electrician license (Indiana State Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend shift environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (multimeters, voltage testers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
