Responsibilities
- Execute Complex Diagnostics: Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain lighting systems, panels, and fixtures with a focus on energy efficiency and aesthetic quality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment for all.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service by communicating technical concepts clearly to clients and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Material Management: Accurately estimate material requirements and manage inventory to prevent project delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working order at all times.
Qualifications
- License & Certification: Valid State of Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical experience in the residential sector.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Tools: Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal tool belt is mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
