Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Perform thorough drain cleaning and rooter services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance on-site.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Document all work performed accurately in the company software.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
