Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and drain cleaning.
- Respond to emergency calls during weekend shifts with a professional and urgent approach.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses and repair options.
- Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations during every job.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies for weekend service calls.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proven track record of handling weekend call-outs and emergency repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
