Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Quickly identify and resolve residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Emergency Response: Handle weekend emergency calls with urgency and professionalism to minimize water damage for our customers.
- Installation: Install and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of repairs and pricing.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and ensure the company van is stocked and clean.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and local safety regulations while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Driver's License: Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Tools: Possession of own basic hand tools or willingness to acquire.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read blueprints.
