Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Perform complex diagnostics and execute high-quality repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installations: Handle the full lifecycle of plumbing installations, from rough-ins to final trim work, ensuring code compliance and aesthetic perfection.
- Emergency Response: Respond to weekend service calls with speed and professionalism, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and organize tools and company vehicles to ensure readiness for every shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and local building codes to ensure a safe work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in clear language and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California State Plumbing License and Journeyman or Master plumber certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Tools: Reliable, well-maintained personal toolset and transportation.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to pass a background check.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems quickly and accurately.
