Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with Indiana plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient weekend scheduling
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent time management and weekend availability
- Clean driving record and valid Indiana driver's license
