Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs including leak detection, fixture installation, and pipe repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and answering questions regarding services provided.
- Manage tools and inventory to ensure all necessary equipment is available for each job.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and modern plumbing technology.
