Responsibilities
- Execute Repairs: Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and fixing leaks, with precision and speed.
- Diagnose Issues: Use diagnostic tools and basic plumbing knowledge to identify the root cause of plumbing problems.
- Install Fixtures: Install, repair, and maintain sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters according to safety codes.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring the job site is clean.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize all tools and equipment before, during, and after the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight, confined spaces or outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior plumbing experience needed.
