Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and advanced filtration systems
- Conduct pipe inspections using video camera technology
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Adhere strictly to NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid New York State plumbing license required
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple weekend service calls
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
- Background check and drug-free certification
