Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and pipe repair.
- Diagnose and resolve clogged drains and water main issues efficiently using modern tools.
- Inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local safety codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally to homeowners.
- Manage and maintain the company vehicle and tool inventory before and after shifts.
- Respond to emergency calls during the weekend shift with urgency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Document all work orders and maintain accurate records of parts used and repairs made.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior plumbing experience is required; we are looking for hardworking individuals ready to be trained.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Reliability: Must be dependable and punctual for weekend shifts.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
