- Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly to homeowners.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
- Complete detailed paperwork and service reports accurately after every job.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn: No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills: Ability to read measurements and calculate material requirements.
- Teamwork-oriented: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with a dispatch team.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
