Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe networks
- Respond to emergency weekend calls for burst pipes, clogs, and water heater failures within 2-hour SLA
- Diagnose issues using video inspection cameras and digital pressure gauges
- Adhere to Arizona plumbing codes and safety regulations with 100% compliance
- Prepare detailed service reports and digital invoices using our mobile app
- Mentor apprentices on advanced techniques like pipe fusion and hydro-jetting
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for high-value clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience with weekend shift background
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in tankless water heater installation and PEX piping
- Excellent diagnostic skills for hidden leak detection
- Strong customer service with ability to explain technical solutions clearly
- Must pass background check and have clean driving record
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred
