Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic plumbing repairs for residential properties including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and piping systems
- Provide emergency weekend services with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Inspect plumbing systems and prepare detailed service reports
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and transparent pricing
- Maintain company vehicles and tools in optimal working condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
