Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic repairs and installations of plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Install water heaters, fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems per code requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Complete accurate job documentation and maintain service vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure weekend coverage and seamless handoffs
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Texas plumbing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to handle tools/materials in tight spaces
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Emergency response experience preferred
