As a Weekend Plumber, you'll work Saturdays and Sundays with weekday flexibility for training and equipment maintenance. We offer paid overtime, company vehicle, tool allowances, and opportunities for advancement to Lead Technician or Field Supervisor positions.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs during weekend shifts and on-call rotations
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with team members for efficient scheduling and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with weekend shift availability
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) and current driver's license
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems and leak detection
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and handle job-site conditions
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training for new technologies and techniques
