San Diego Flow Masters is expanding our elite weekend operations and is looking for a highly skilled Plumber to join our dedicated team. We are committed to delivering top-tier service to the San Diego community, and we need a reliable professional to handle our critical weekend workload.
As a Weekend Plumber, you will diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, ensuring our clients have hot water and functioning pipes when they need it most. If you are a problem-solver who takes pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations exclusively on weekends.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently using modern diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local San Diego building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle and tool inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain technical issues to homeowners.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve urgent issues with minimal downtime.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice plumbers during complex projects.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Must be available and willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of pipe fitting, leak detection, and water heater installation.
- Valid Class C California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
