Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Conduct preventive maintenance for commercial and residential properties
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient emergency response coordination
- Ensure strict compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts/materials

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience with night shift background
- Valid California Plumbing Contractor License or Journeyman certification
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, water heater installation, and sewer line diagnostics
- OSHA 10 certification and ability to work in confined spaces
- Proficient with digital plumbing diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Must possess own basic plumbing tools and reliable night transportation
