Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls within 2-hour response window
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and water heater issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform hydro-jetting and trenchless pipe rehabilitation services
- Ensure full compliance with North Carolina plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain detailed service reports and customer communication logs
- Train junior plumbers on weekend-specific protocols and equipment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- North Carolina Journeyman Plumber license (mandatory)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Expertise in trenchless repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm)
- Advanced diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
