Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and routine plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose complex issues using video inspection equipment and leak detection tools.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local Charlotte building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates and transparent communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday dispatch team to manage schedule flow.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Valid, clean Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
