Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and recommend effective solutions
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, fixture repairs, and water heater installations
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts and New York plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency weekend service calls with rapid response capabilities
- Prepare detailed work reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Collaborate with project managers to schedule weekend assignments efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in Massachusetts or New York (required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Expertise in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various environments
