Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform weekend emergency service calls with prompt response times
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe systems
- Inspect plumbing infrastructure and provide preventative maintenance recommendations
- Use digital tools for job scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes in Texas
- Maintain clean, professional work environments and company vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or Journeyman certification
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong customer service skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
