Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage weekend on-call rotations for emergency services
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Mentor junior technicians and uphold quality standards
- Collaborate with project teams for seamless installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas State Plumbing License (Journeyman level)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex system failures
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
