Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including framing, demolition, and site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical labor in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
