Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project preparation and cleanup
- Maintain safe job sites by adhering to OSHA guidelines and safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, and light machinery
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
