Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job site per OSHA standards
- Follow construction blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Basic construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must provide own basic work boots and gloves
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
