Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and demolition tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and operate machinery like forklifts
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Must be punctual and possess strong work ethic
