Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily timecards accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements
