Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under the direction of a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without injury.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights if required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site daily.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
