Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various duties.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Ensure the construction site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles with construction materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
