- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and tool management
- Operate basic machinery like cement mixers and power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Complete daily timecards and equipment inspection reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Basic hand tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality requirements
