Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up zones
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout and framing tasks
- Perform concrete work, scaffolding assembly, and demolition
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 40+ hours/week (11 PM - 7 AM shift)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
